Product Delivery Policy


Order Validity

The orders remain valid and are available for delivery up to fifteen (15) calendar days from their registration. Especially for the Receipt from the Store, the orders remain valid and available for delivery up to five (5) calendar days from their registration.

In case the delivery of the order is not possible (indicatively mentioned: inability to communicate, non-attendance for receipt of the product, non-availability of the product requested with the order) and after the expiration of this deadline, the order is canceled.

Special Cases of Shipments and / or Orders

In special cases of orders of large volume or weight, the shipment is made by means of transport of the absolute choice of the Company, while some deliveries are possible only in large urban areas. The Company reserves the right not to accept specific orders and to reject specific sales, informing in a timely manner and returning the full price of the canceled order.

For specific product categories, such as products that come on order, or are of very high value, or outside the normal flow of, a deposit may be required before the order is placed.

Method and Time of Delivery

The online store delivers its products throughout Greece and Cyprus. Shipments are made daily except Saturday, Sunday, during delivery times of the cooperating Courier companies. Delivery is also possible on Saturday (if requested in the comments of the order).

From the above days and hours of delivery are excluded the cases for which the transport company Courier can not cope due to its own fault.

Without prejudice to what is expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, any order that is completed by 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, delivered within 1-3 working days within Greece and within 2-6 working days within Cyprus.

In case your order is completed by submitting it to us after 1:00 pm, the delivery time increases by one working day, according to the above.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or general strikes and holidays and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times. In this case cooperates with specific courier and transport companies.

In case you want to send your order with a transport company of your choice with which does not cooperate, then the shipping costs are borne by you regardless of the value of the order and place / time of delivery. In this case bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.

Orders placed from the Website of a country other than the country at the shipping address or shipping address are in a country where the Seller cannot ship products will be canceled automatically.

Delayed Delivery

Our Company makes every effort for the timely and proper delivery of your orders. However, Seller reserves the right to delay the delivery of the products.

In case you are not satisfied with our offer, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full. In this case the Company will refund you the corresponding amount of money you may have paid.

For orders €200 or over, shipping costs are FREE, otherwise shipping costs are €7.00

In case the order delivery is requested on a Saturday, the order will be charged with extra shipping costs of €3.00

The first return as well as the first replacement is FREE (for products without discounts) for shipments within Greece using the cooperating Courier company 'General Post'.

Returns or Replacement Costs on products with offer, discount or within discount periods, are borne exclusively by the customer.

The listes prices include VAT.


In case you choose to pick up your order from our physical store during your purchase, you must first receive a phone call or confirmation e-mail that the products are in the store and ready for pick up.


For orders of €200 and over, shipping costs are FREE, otherwise shipping costs are €20.00

It is not possible to deliver an order on Saturday.

Returns and replacements are at the customer's expense.
