We remind you that the product you buy is intended exclusively for the country in which you place the order. Therefore, if you decide to import the product into another country, you remain responsible for importing it. You must comply with the regulations and restrictions for the export of the product from the country of purchase as well as for the import to the country to which you are going to transport it. ORDER CANCELLATION or MODIFICATION

Cancellation / Modification of the electronic or telephone order can be done by the User / Customer in the following cases:

Before submitting the order form according to the above, you are technically able to return to a previous stage of the Order and remove / modify the quantities of products in your cart. Cancellation of the Order Before the Shipment of the Products

If the submission of the order form has been completed, but the products have not been sent yet, you can cancel your order by sending an email to the email address astero@hdathena.gr or by phone at (+30) 210 3410850 every working day and working hours.

Upon Receipt of the Products - Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order after its completion (and upon receipt of the products) in case the delivery of the ordered products is delayed.

Any refusal to receive your products upon delivery by the Courier Company is equal to withdrawal. In case a customer refuses to receive products more than 3 times, hdathenashop.com reserves the right to charge the customer the shipping of all shipments or to refuse to send the products.

After returning the products to hdathenashop.com, the order is canceled by practicing the Right of Withdrawal.

According to all the above, all orders returned to the Seller either due to a request for cancellation of the User / Customer, or due to a refusal to receive, are canceled after receipt of the products by the Seller.
